Description
The University of Oslo (UiO) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the service for analysing blood samples that shall be carried out on assignment from different units and faculties at UiO. The actual blood sampling is carried out at UiO by UiO.
Award criteria
- Quality — The quality will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s ability to fulfil the ought-requirements described in point 1.3 of the tender documentation.
- Price — The price will be evaluated based on the total sum stated in the price form. All prices shall be stated in NOK, excluding VAT. Deviations in relation to the price form can lead to rejection.
