Description

Le marché a pour objet des prestations d?accompagnement et d?assistance en management de transition, par la mise à disposition de moyens humains et matériels dédiés pour le pilotage de projets ponctuels. Le marché s?exécute sous forme d'accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents : à chaque projet, un marché subséquent est émis et les 3 titulaires sont mis en concurrence. Ils proposent dans leurs offres 1 ou plusieurs profils experts. Le profil retenu devient le chef de projet durant toute l?exécution du projet. L?attribution de l?accord-cadre vaut attribution du marché subséquent n°1. Les prestations attendues sont détaillées dans le CCTP.
