Description
The contracting authority has made changes in the existing contract for municipal division, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 28-1 d. Ålesund municipality ́s existing contract with Visma Enterprise AS regarding Visma FlyVo continues in Ålesund 2024 and Haram 2024. An amendment annex to the existing contract has been signed that describes the necessary changes in the contract as a result of the division of municipalities. Of the original contract value, after the contractual KPI adjustment, the necessary one-time costs directly connected to the municipal division amounts to 10%. The annual price for the right to use (fixed price per refugee and per pupil) is not changed (only depending on the number of refugees and the number of pupils).
