Ämari toitlustuskompleksi omanikujärelevalve teenus vastavalt seotud hanke (viitenumber "278950") ja DHS (viitenumber "249865") alusdokumentidele. Omanikujärelevalve ülesandeks on teostada projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde tehnilist, administratiivset ja lepingulist järelevalvet. Omanikujärelevalve teenus hõlmab ka omanikujärelevalve teostaja kohustust teostada garantiiperioodi (3 aastat) aegseid ülevaatuseid (vähemalt 1 ülevaatus aastas). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav algusaeg projekteerimises on 06.05.2024. Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav algusaeg objektil on 17.05.2024. Ehitustööde eelduslik kestus kuni 12.07.2025.
