Description
The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need to ensure continual follow-up of planned major investment projects, by experienced and competent project and construction management. Tenderers shall be the contracting authority ́s representative on the projects and must be independent in their assignment for the contracting authority, in order to ensure a rational and financially reliable execution of the relevant investment projects.
