Hankintasopimuksen kohteena ovat Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy:n alueelliset talotekniikkatyöt (LVISK). Hankinta on jaettu maantieteellisesti neljään alueeseen: etelä, itä, keskusta, länsi. Tarjoaja voi tulla valituksi vain yhdelle alueelle. Tilaaja varaa oikeuden rajata erityisen vaativien tuotantokeittiöiden kylmälaitetyöt tämän sopimuksen ulkopuolelle.
