Description
De Universiteit Leiden wil haar ALICE HPC cluster uitbreiden in het kader van het lifecycle management van de initiale hardware van ALICE. Die initiale hardware van ALICE was gekocht in 2019. Met de uitbreiding willen we de initiale hardware kunnen vervangen. Deze aanvraag behelst de HPC-hardware van alle delen van de cluster behalve storage servers: - nieuwe CPU-only nodes (thin nodes en één high memory-node) - nieuwe GPU-nodes - nieuwe login- en managementnodes - 100Gbps ethernet switch(es), cards en kabels
