Description
Alabu Bolig's afd. 21 på Saltumvej i Aalborg Ø. skal totalrenoveres. Opgaven udbydes i en totalentreprisekonkurrence. Landsbyggefonden støtter opgaven, der tillige omfatter en fortætning. Ved udbuddets start foreligger godkendt Skema A for såvel renoveringen, som fortætningen. De nuværende 120 boliger i den vestlige del fjernes, begrundet i fatale byggetekniske problemer og erstattes af 141 nye boliger med uændret boligareal. Der suppleres, via fortætningen, med yderligere 41 nye boliger. Et ældre fælleshus, i den vestlige del, renoveres. Udearealerne i det vestlige område omstruktureres radikalt. I den østlige del renoveres 19 gårdhavehuse traditionelt.
