Aitoon Koulutuskeskuksen uuden asuntolan (nimi Toivo) rakentaminen. Urakkamuotona kokonaisurakka sisältäen päätoteuttajan ja pääurakoitsijan tehtävät sekä kaikki rakennus-ja lvis-tekniset suoritukset täysin valmiiksi. Suunnitelmat ovat tilaajan hankinta. Rakennus on yksikerroksinen puurunkoinen max 20 henkilön asuntolarakennus, kerrosala 432,5 m2, tilavuus 1710 m3.
