Description
SSC-ICT heeft behoefte aan een partij die een off-the-shelf oplossing biedt voor de toepassing van AI-tools on-premise en de onderliggende hardware schaalbaar maakt (allocatie van rekenkracht). Bij het gebruik van deze oplossing mag evenwel geen vendor lock-in ontstaan (merk agnostisch). De leverancier moet gebonden zijn aan EU-regelgeving en moet support in het Nederlands kunnen verzorgen. Deze op-lossing moet voldoen aan de Rijksoverheidsstandaarden op het gebied van beveili-ging (BIO en NIS2) en ruimte bieden voor de eigen ontwikkeling van en innovatie met AI-modellen. zie waarde bepaling
