Urakan kohteena on katujen ja kevyenliikenteenväylien kunnossapito seuraavien kolmen vuoden ajalta alkaen 1.9.2024 ja päättyen 31.8.2027. Kohde Ähtärin kaupungin keskusta-alue, jossa pääosa kunnossapidettävistä väylistä sekä Moksunniemen ja Halkokaaren alueet. Kunnossapidettäviä rakennuskaavateitä ja kevyenliikenteenväyliä on esitetty ja rajattu työaluekartoissa, työalueluettelossa ja tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
