Αγορά υπηρεσιών συμβούλου για την ανάπτυξη μηχανογραφημένου συστήματος διαχείρισης επιστροφών (CIT-RECAMAS). Ο σύμβουλος θα αναλάβει την εκπόνηση επιχειρησιακής ανάλυσης (business analysis) και εγγράφων διαγωνισμού και τεχνικών προδιαγραφών για την ανάπτυξη του συστήματος διαχείρισης επιστροφών (CIT-RECAMAS). Παράλληλα, θα συμβουλεύει την Αναθέτουσα Αρχή της σύμβασης υλοποίησης του συστήματος σε όλα τα στάδια, συμπεριλαμβανομένων της αξιολόγησης των προσφορών, της υλοποίησης του συστήματος και της προσωρινής και τελικής παραλαβής
