Description
De doelstelling van de aan te besteden opdracht is het aangaan van een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer die eventueel een coalitie vormt (met bijvoorbeeld start-ups en/of andere innovatieve bedrijven) voor het opslaan, tijdig ledigen, transporteren en het hoogwaardig verwerken van het afval. De doelstelling van de aan te besteden Opdracht is: • Circulaire economie aanjagen: afval voorkomen en restafval zo hoogwaardig mogelijk als grondstof terug in het systeem brengen. • Bijdragen aan de integratie van afvalmanagement/ Circulaire Economie in het onderwijs. • Sociaal maatschappelijke bijdrage leveren middels afvalmanagement. • Samenwerking met andere contractpartijen van Aanbestedende dienst bevorderen. • Gedragsverandering bewerkstelligen bij de gebruiker. • Het inzetten op preventie voorkomt dat afval ontstaat. • Een realistische en eerlijke prijs betalen.
