De aangeboden ICT-oplossing faciliteert verdere innovatie en vernieuwing van de dienstverlening van Gemeente Hilversum, waarbij begrippen als vooruitstrevendheid in haar bedrijfsvoering en dienstverlening en self-service vanuit een reële kosten-batenanalyse centraal staan. 1 Applicatie voor meerdere locaties. Er zijn ongeveer 75 medewerkers die de applicatiegebruiken waarvan 40 gelijktijdig. Gemeente Hilversum heeft 93.000 inwoners. Looptijd overeenkomst = 5 +2 + 2 jaar.
