Het doel van deze aanbesteding is voor elke afzonderlijke locatie een betrouwbare partij te vinden die de langdurige nazorg van de grondwaterverontreiniging overneemt van provincie Noord-Brabant, inclusief alle bijbehorende verplichtingen, zoals uitvoeren monitoring, communicatie met belanghebbenden en dergelijke. De raamovereenkomst is niet verdeeld in percelen. Uit de marktconsultatie is gebleken dat de opdracht in zijn geheel uitvoerbaar is door MKB-bedrijven. U kunt zich alleen inschrijven voor de gehele opdracht. De raamovereenkomst heeft een reikwijdte van maximaal 7 locaties. De raamovereenkomst eindigt van rechtswege bij het bereiken van deze 7 locaties.
