Valore stimato della concessione, calcolato sull’importo totale pagabile per il periodo di durata di DIECI anni, comprendente l’intero flusso dei corrispettivi pagati dagli utenti per la massima capacità ricettiva, ammonta a complessivi 3.288.000,00 euro soggetto a ribasso percentuale. Tale stima ha carattere puramente indicativo. L’importo mensile massimo delle rette applicabili è determinato nell’importo di € 1.300,00, riferito ad ogni posto letto per camera tripla ed €. 1.400,00 riferito ad ogni posto letto per camera doppia.
