Description
La procedura ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio relativo all’attuazione del Sub-investimento PNRR M5C2 – 1.2 “Percorsi di autonomia per persone con disabilità”, all’interno dell’Ambito Territoriale Sociale di Vico del Gargano – Distretto Socio-Sanitario n. 53 A.S.L. FG. Il servizio consiste nella gestione integrata di interventi educativi, relazionali, abitativi e formativi finalizzati a sostenere l’autonomia delle persone con disabilità, attraverso l’attivazione di due Gruppi Appartamento e l’erogazione di percorsi personalizzati di accompagnamento alla vita indipendente e all’inclusione socio-lavorativa.
