Description
La Legge 5 febbraio 1992, n. 104 “Legge-quadro per l'assistenza, l'integrazione sociale e i diritti delle persone handicappate”, all’art. 12 riconosce ai soggetti disabili, tra gli altri, il diritto all’inserimento negli asili nido, all’educazione e all’istruzione scolastica nelle classi comuni delle istituzioni scolastiche di ogni ordine e grado e, all’art. 13 comma 3, dispone l’obbligo per gli Enti Locali di fornire l’assistenza per l’autonomia e la comunicazione personale degli alunni con handicap fisici e sensoriali.
