Het RIVM gaat vanaf het tweede kwartaal van 2025 gefaseerd verhuizen naar een nieuwe locatie op het Utrecht Science Park. Dit vraagt om een soepele overgang van de laboratoriumwerkzaamheden van Bilthoven naar Utrecht Science Park. Deze opdracht betreft advisering op het gebied van verhuizing, inrichting en integratie werkprocessen laboratoria in de nieuwe huisvesting. Daaronder wordt in ieder geval verstaan: Matchen op centrum-niveau van vraag en aanbod op basis van een uitgewerkt vlekkenplan Advisering facilitair gebruik en begeleiding processen Integraal programma management voor centra met laboratoria in relatie tot andere organisatieonderdelen, exploitatie, etcetera Advisering over communicatie Advisering over ontwikkelplan en innovatiebehoefte Bovenstaande wordt nader uitgewerkt in de vragenlijsten en de aanbestedingsstukken.
