het adviseren van de Provincie op het gebied van onderhoud en beheer van vastgoed (bouwkundig en installatietechnisch) in projectmatige werkzaamheden en instandhouding en beheer en onderhoud. in zijn vastgoed portefeuille (ten behoeve van beheer en onderhoud) op De vastgoedportefeuille op dit moment omvat het Provinciehuis, diverse steunpunten, 3 busremises en het museumkwartier. Werkzaamheden die in de aankomende jaren zijn voorzien zijn renovatie van ten minste één steunpunt en één busremise en diverse advieswerkzaamheden voor alle panden in het beheer.
