Description
SCC bestaat uit een algemeen bestuursbureau en 12 onderwijsinstellingen in 18 gemeenten, met ruim 44 locaties in verspreid door heel Nederland. De organisatie heeft in totaal een bvo van ongeveer 413.000 m². SCC streeft door middel van vastgoedmanagement naar kwalitatief hoogwaardige huisvesting passend bij een modern, dynamisch en innovatief onderwijsconcept. Veilige, gezonde en prettige leer- en werkomstandigheden moeten hierbij vanzelfsprekend zijn. Daarbij maakt SCC een bedrijfsmatige afweging tussen kosten en kwaliteit in relatie tot de opbrengsten waarbij toekomstbestendigheid, in zowel functioneel als technisch opzicht, voorop staat op een zo duurzaam mogelijke wijze.
