SCC bestaat uit een algemeen bestuursbureau en 12 onderwijsinstellingen in 18 gemeenten, met ruim 44 locaties in verspreid door heel Nederland. De organisatie heeft in totaal een bvo van ongeveer 413.000 m². SCC streeft door middel van vastgoedmanagement naar kwalitatief hoogwaardige huisvesting passend bij een modern, dynamisch en innovatief onderwijsconcept.
