Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η μίσθωση web based – cloud based λογισμικού καθώς και η παροχή υπηρεσιών εγκατάστασης και μεταφοράς δεδομένων στο κυβερνητικό νέφος, παραμετροποίησης σύμφωνα με εξειδικευμένες ανάγκες και διαδικασίες της Δ.Ε.Υ.Α. και εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού.
