Description

The works consist of construction of a two storey extension to the existing school, comprising of 4 additional classrooms each with 2 en-suite WCs, 2 additional SET rooms, 2 additional resource rooms, an additional accessible WC, an additional office and a stair well and a link to the existing school on both levels. Connections are required to existing drainage, foul water, potable water and utility services with associated landscaping and all associated site works to include additional parking spaces (8) and reconfiguration of existing parking spaces (6).
