The Nederlandse Spoorwegen (hereafter: Dutch Railways or ‘NS’) intends to start a European tender for an adaptive online learning platform (or hereafter also: ‘ALSP’) used to quickly and efficiently learn, practice, test, and maintain study materials. As a prelude to this tender the NS initiated to research the possibilities available in the market in the field of adaptive learning solutions in conformity with NS’s wishes and demands. Or the possibilities in development and/or innovation in this field. This document contains: The background of NS and the ALSP; The aim of the market dialogue; The process of the market dialogue; The available information; The planning and it’s phases; The specific questions to operators in the market; The exchange of information, conclusion of the market dialogue and the continuation.
