Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La valeur estimée correspond au montant maximum de l'accord-cadre et comprend les prestations similaires envisagées. La CDA de La Rochelle, via sa Direction mutualisée des Systèmes d'Information (DSI) pilotera l'exécution de cet accord-cadre. Elle agira au nom et pour le compte de : - La Communauté d'Agglomération de La Rochelle - La Ville de la Rochelle Ces 2 collectivités et, à titre accessoire, le Centre Communal d'Actions Sociales (CCAS) de La Rochelle pourront utiliser librement la solution informatique objet du présent marché. Le contrat est conclu à sa date de notification. La date de début des prestations indiquée dans l'avis est purement indicative et n'est pas contractuelle
