Description
Il s'agit d'accords-cadres multi-attributaires « à marchés subséquents » sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum par lot (cf.Acte d'engagement). Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots . Chaque lot sera attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 12 mois, reconductible 3 fois pour la même durée. Le montant estimé s'entend tous lots confondus sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (reconduction comprise). Les prix de l'accord-cadre sont : -Les prix du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires Plafonds de l'accord-cadre. -L'offre financière dans le cadre du marché subséquent -Les prix sur devis pour les prestations non prévues au BPU
