Fourniture, installation et mise en service de systèmes d’aide à l’exploitation et à l’information voyageurs ainsi d’un système d'affichage des publicités (SAEIV et publicité ; lot 1), d’un système de planification (partie graphicage/habillage, sans planification du personnel ; lot 2) et la mise à disposition d’un chef de projet indépendant des fournisseurs des systèmes, qui assurera la mise en œuvre technique et organisationnel au nom d’adjudicateur (lot 3)
