La présente consultation est décomposée en quatre (4) lots faisant chacun l'objet d'un marché distinct. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaires (articles R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est sans montant mini et sans montant maximum. Le marché prend effet à sa date de notification pour une durée d'un (1) an. Il est reconductible tacitement trois (3) fois pour une période d'un (1) an et ne pourra excéder quatre (4) ans. Le présent marché ne comporte pas de tranches fermes ni de tranches optionnelles
