Description

La régie Loire Connect Réseau souhaite maitriser son système d'information pour l'exploitation, la supervision et la commercialisation du réseau fibre. Une tranche ferme est prévue pour le mode SAS et une tranche optionnelle pour une migration en mode On Premise. La tranche conditionnelle devra être affermie dans un délai de 3 ans. La présente consultation en appel d'offres ouvert est soumise aux dispositions des articles L2120-1, L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, R2124-2, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2161-4 et R2161-5 du code de la commande publique
