L'objet du présent marché concerne l'achat de fournitures et matériels scolaires notamment pour les écoles et les centres de loisirs de la ville de Corbeil-Essonnes. Ce marché est alloti en 3 lots séparés constituant chacun un marché public distinct en application des articles L.2120-1 3°, L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R. 2161-2 à 5, R.2162-2 et suivants, R.2162-13 et 14, du code de la commande publique. Les présents marchés publics sont des accords-cadres mono-attributaires à bons de commande sans montant minimum annuel de commande. et avec les montants maximums annuels.
