Description

La présente consultation concerne : ACQUISITION DE FOURNITURES SCOLAIRES, MATERIELS PEDAGOGIQUES, ET MATÉRIELS DE TRAVAUX MANUELS DE LOISIRS CRÉATIFS ET EDUCATIFS (DES 3 ANS). Les critères de jugement des offres sont indiqués dans le réglement de la consultation. Le présent marché est un accord cadre à bons de commande à prix unitaire sans montant minimum et avec montant maximum annuel en application de l'article R2162-2 alinéa 2 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu soit à compter du 18 avril 2025, soit à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure au 18 avril 2025 et ce jusqu'au 18 avril 2026. L'accord-cadre peut être reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans (18 avril 2029).
