Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de permettre au Resah, agissant, d'une part, en tant que centrale d'achat « grossiste » au sens de l'article L. 2113-2-1°du Code et, d'autre part, pour ses propres besoins y compris ceux relatifs à la mise en oeuvre de ses activités de coopération, l'acquisition d'une solution logicielle de gestion des remplacements du personnel en mode SaaS et la réalisation de prestations associées.
