Description
A titre informatif, les lots 3, 4 et 5 ont été déclarés infructueux lors de la consultation 24MM10F du fait de la réception d'offres irrégulières. Les autres lots sont en cours d'attribution. Une nouvelle consultation 24MM23F a été lancée pour les lots 3,4 et 5 mais a dû être déclarée sans suite à cause d'une incohérence entre l'avis d'appel à la concurrence et le Règlement de la consultation. Ces trois lots sont ici relancés. Pour le lot 5, il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Pour les lots 3 et 4 il s'agit d'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il fixe les conditions d'exécution des prestations et s'exécute au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande
