Description

Le présent marché est conclu sous la forme d'un contrat à prix mixtes et comprend une partie forfaitaire et une partie à prix unitaires via l'émission d'ordre de service valant commande. La partie unitaire est prévue avec un seuil maximum de commande fixé à 2 000 000 euros HT pour toute la durée du marché. La durée du contrat prend effet à compter de la date de notification du marché au Titulaire pour une période de 3 ans
