Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este 20 zile, iar Autoritatea contractantă răspunde solicitărilor de clarificări cu 12 de zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP.
