Serviciile de curăţenie se vor efectua în cele 2 clădiri ale sediului OSIM din str. Ion Ghica nr.5 şi în spaţiul din str. Ion Ghica nr.3 ( 300 mp) : 115 de birouri, balcoane, holuri, casele scărilor, pasarele, 32 de grupuri sanitare (45 WC-uri, 56 lavoare şi 8 cădițe duş), oficii, săli de ședință şi de lectură, terasele situate la etajele I, V, VI ale clădirii, padestrul din spatele clădirii noi. Suprafața totală (interioară și exterioară) pentru care se contractează serviciile de curățenie este de aproximativ 5200 mp, pentru o perioada de 24 luni de la data semnarii Acordului cadru
