Description
„Achiziție de medicamente hormonale, împărțite în 11 loturi, conform caietului de sarcini. Produsele trebuie să fie furnizate de distribuitori autorizați și să respecte condițiile tehnice impuse de Good Distribution Practice (GDP), precum și legislația în vigoare privind medicamentele de uz uman (Legea nr. 95/2006, reglementările ANMDM). Clarificările pot fi solicitate până la 20 de zile înainte de termenul limită de depunere a ofertelor, iar autoritatea contractantă va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor cu minimum 11 zile înainte de termenul limită. Toate solicitările trebuie transmise prin SEAP. Procedura de achiziție se desfășoară respectând principiile transparenței, nediscriminării și tratamentului egal, conform Legii nr. 98/2016 și normelor metodologice HG nr. 395/2016.”
