Description
Executie lucrari de intretinere periodica poduri pentru 4 ani: Lot 2 SDN TR SEVERIN, Lot 6 SDN ORSOVA. Realizarea lucrărilor de întreţinere periodica se va efectua conform prevederilor „Normativului privind lucrările de întreţinere si reparare a drumurilor publice” indicativ 112 din AND 554-2002 si a reglementarilor tehnice în vigoare. Lucrarile cuprinse in Nomenclatorul de activitati se vor adapta la noile tehnologii si tipuri de elemente constructive ale lucrarilor de arta (ex: hidroizolatii, dispozitive de acoperire a rosturilor de dilatatie, mortare speciale, etc). Prin lucrarile de intretinere periodica ce vor fi executate in baza prezentului Acord Cadru NU se vor modifica: Elementele geometrice in plan; Latimea podului; Linia rosie; Clasa de incarcare. Lucrarile de intretinere periodica la poduri conform IND.112 din AND554/2002 ce se vor executa sunt exceptate de la obligativitatea obtinerii unei autorizatii de construire conform art.11, alin.1 lit.k) din Legea 50/1991.
