Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, cu respectarea termenului limita stabilit de autoritatea contractanta in anuntul de participare si fisa de date a achizitiei - Sectiunea I.3), respectiv numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18zile.
