Achizitie de Medicamente, divizate pe 104 loturi, un acord cadru pentru o perioada 24 de luni, avand frecventa contractelor subsecvente trimestrial sau in functie de necesitate. Autoritatea contractantă nu se obligă să cumpere cantitatea minimă estimată pentru acordul cadru/contract subsecvent. Nota: Conform prevederilor O.U.G. 107/ 2017 Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
