In conformitate cu prevederile art.160 coroborat cu art. 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi in a 11- a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor . Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor 18 zile.
