Prezenta procedura de achiztiie se realizeaza in scopul achizitionarii Oxigen medicinal lichefiat si a incheierii unui rezervor de oxigen - acord cadru/ contract subsecvent cu o durata de 24 luni pentru asigurarea actului medical in vederea tratarii eficiente a bolnavilor. Se dorește achiziţionarea de Oxigen medicinal lichefiat în vederea asigurării condițiilor optime necesare actului medical de calitate la Spitalul Municipal Sighetu Marmatiei. Nota: Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare pana in a 10-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
