(acord cadru pentru o perioada de 48 luni) - termenul pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor urmand ca autoritatea contractanta sa raspunda consolidat tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor;
