Description
ACORD CADRU DE FURNIZARE REACTIVI NECESARI DEPARTAMENTULUI DE DIAGNOSTIC MOLECULAR - CANTITATI MAXIME, VALORI AFERENTE ACESTORA si alte informatii privind modul de derulare al acordului cadru sunt prevazute in CAIETUL DE SARCINI. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 15 zile conform art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 10 a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016. Orice solicitare de clarificari trebuie transmisa prin intermediul SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
