Description
Furnizarea de produse agroalimentare in vederea asigurarii procesului de hranire a elevilor, cursantilor si a personalului propriu, in cantitatile estimate si parametrii tehnici specifici detaliati in caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului-cadru, cantitatile minime si maxime ale contractului subsecvent si specificatiile tehnice ale produselor se regasesc in caietul de sarcini; aceste specificatii tehnice trebuie respectate in totalitate. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 17. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari sau informatii suplimentare vor fi adresate in termenul de mai sus, raspunsul autoritatii contractante la aceste solicitari va fi transmis pana in a 10-a zi inainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
