ACORD CADRU DE FURNIZARE POMPA INSULINA CU SENZORI DE MONITORIZARE CONTINUA A GLICEMIEI – SET INITIERE Cantitate estimata cel mai mare contract subsecvent 20 buc. Valoare estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent - lei fara TVA - 424.420,00 Cantitate estimata minima acord cadru 100 buc. Valoare estimata minima acord cadru - lei fara TVA - 2.122.100,00 Cantitate estimata maxima acord cadru 150 buc. Valoare estimata maxima acord cadru - lei fara TVA - 3.183.150,00 Cantitatile minime si maxime sunt prevazute in caietul de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in baza acordului cadru de furnizare in functie de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie, cel mai mare contract subsecvent, estimand ca va fi lunar sau sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibilul bugetar. Produsele ce fac obiectul acordului cadru de furnizare se inscriu in Programul National de Diabet, a carui decontare si gestiune se face prin Normele tehnice anexe la Ordinul 180/2022 al Presedintelui CNAS.
