Description
Obiectivul general este achiziționarea de diverse produse alimentare pentru cele 10 creșe din subordinea CRESA Brașov, mentionate in Caietul de Sarcini. Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un Acord –Cadru pe o perioada de 12 luni. Contracte subsecvente aferente AC se vor preconiza a fi incheiate de 2 ori pe an sau ori de câte ori va fi nevoie, în funcție de necesități. Componenta fiecarui lot, cant. min. si max. preconizate a fi achizitionate pe durata Acordului- Cadru sunt prevazute in Anexele 1-7la Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimate max. totala a AC pentru 12 luni este de 5.343.405,54 lei fara TVA, impartita in 7 loturi, astfel: 1. Lot 1- LEGUME PROASPETE-val.est.max. AC/12luni-1.017.690,52 lei fara TVA; val. est. a celui mai mare ctr.subs.- 593.741,96 lei fara TVA; 2.Lot 2- LEGUME CONGELATE- val.est.max.
