Description
Obiectivul general este achiziționarea de diverse produse alimentare pentru cele 9 creșe din subordinea SPAC Brașov, mentionate in Caietul de Sarcini.Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un Acord –Cadru pe o perioada de 24 luni. Contracte subsecvente aferente AC se vor preconiza a fi incheiate de 2 ori pe an sau ori de câte ori va fi nevoie, în funcție de necesități. Componenta fiecarui lot, cant. min. si max. preconizate a fi achizitionate pe durata Acordului- Cadru sunt prevazute in Anexele 1-13 la Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimate max. totala a AC pentru 24 luni este de 9,811,160.90 lei fara TVA, impartita in 13 loturi, astfel:1.Lot 1- LEGUME PROASPETE-val.est.max.
