Description
Obiectivul general este achiziționarea de diverse produse alimentare pentru cele 10 creșe din subordinea CRESA Brașov, mentionate in Caietul de Sarcini. Autoritatea contractantă va încheia un Acord –Cadru pe o perioada de 36 luni. Contracte subsecvente aferente AC se vor preconiza a fi incheiate de 2 ori pe an sau ori de câte ori va fi nevoie, în funcție de necesități. Componenta fiecarui lot, cant. min. si max. preconizate a fi achizitionate pe durata Acordului- Cadru sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimata max. totala a AC pentru 36 luni este de 18.339.231,15 lei fara TVA, impartita in 13 loturi, astfel: 1.Lot 1- LEGUME PROASPETE-val.est.max.
